Let Art Be Your Becoming

Everyone has the ability to be creative.
Throughout my life, I have noticed that personalised artistry was reflected in the way people found solutions to improve and provide support for themselves and others professionally and personally.

More often than not, art is used to explain the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, this is typically in a visual form like painting, drawing or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.
However, I have a friend that I have known since we were teenagers' who has the ability to artfully explain things in a way that resonates on an emotional level while making you feel safe and grounded. To me this is art.
Art doesn’t just have to be in the typical sense. If you are a really good project manager, it takes innovation and creativity to deliver the project. If you are good at making yummy cakes this too is artistic creativity.
So, I challenge you to take some time and think about what it is that you love, what you are good at, what the world needs and what you can get paid for, because with these four things combined you can find your purpose, your becoming in an artful way.
By the way, becoming isn't something that you have to force into yourself, your becoming has been with you from the very moment you came into the world, safely encased in your heart and your brain (I know for some people this concept will seem kinda deep and far out, but as you get to know Amja Unabashedly more it should become clearer) and over time it presents itself in your outer world experience.
For those of you who want a fast track example read on.
A traumatic event in my life meant that I needed support, by accessing the support service I was asked to be a part of an art project which I agreed to, I created my art piece Perception by telling my truth of domestic abuse visually, Perception ended up being showcased in London art gallery and then Perception was used nationally to raise awareness of domestic abuse, it was even showcased at the Old Bailey. I repurposed the art into art prints, apparel and homewares and now you are here reading about Perception on my website and the base to all what I have written came from within me, my experience on life, my creative expression that has been with me all my life!
With all that being said, are you reading to Let Art be your becoming and share your unique artistry with the world?
Who knows? I might be leaving a comment on one of your blog post.
