Let Art Be Your Becoming™ Philosophy
Be courageously creative or creatively courageous — let art be your becoming.
That’s what I had to do. When words abandoned me, colour and movement became my language. I never went to art school; I simply followed what wanted to speak through my hands. One quiet day I whispered to myself, “Let art be your becoming, Antonia.” And in that moment, art stopped being something I made — it became who I was becoming.
Through this practice, the Self-Soothing Creative Steps (SSCS™) revealed themselves — but it began with receiving support. Through friendships that offered gentle encouragement, and through initiatives like Advance, I was held in spaces where creativity became language again.

Artists such as Rachel Gadsden handed me both a canvas and the courage to begin anew. From that Support, Self-Love emerged; through reflection and meditation, I found Spirituality; and in weaving these together, I discovered a sense of Security — not isolation, but belonging. These experiences became both personal anchors and a shared map — a way of creating that invites others into that same circle of support.
From there, two paths unfolded: the corporate and consultancy branch, where creativity informs leadership, wellbeing, and brave culture-making; and the community branch, Let Art Be Your Becoming™, where art becomes access — a gathering space for learning, expression, and collective growth.
Give yourself permission to live your heart’s vision.
Let art be your becoming.
