What is your return policy?

Original Artwork

Each original artwork is one-of-a-kind. For this reason, we do not generally accept returns on original artworks.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and packaging, and we will arrange a refund or exchange.

In line with consumer protection regulations, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. The artwork must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and fully insured at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be processed once the piece has been safely received and inspected.

Prints

Prints are made to order in your chosen size (and frame), therefore not returnable. In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage (including packaging) and we will arrange a replacement.

Sale/Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable.

What are your delivery costs and shipping times?

All standard tracked UK shipping is free and usually delivered within 1–5 working days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

How do I check the size and fit of an apparel item?

Please refer to the size chart on each product listing.

Be aware that sizing may vary across different styles.

Local Fulfilment

All items are fulfilled locally where possible to reduce carbon emissions.

I help organisations close the gap between what they say and how they behave.

That gap between intention and behaviour is where I work.

Most organisations have written their values into policy and strategy.

But when those values meet real culture, power dynamics, unspoken tensions, competing priorities, something breaks down.

I work in that space.

Not to write your policies.

Not to replace your internal teams.

But to translate what you’ve committed to into how people actually experience working within your organisation.

This includes translational framework work through Cypher™, where intention, language, and lived experience are examined together.

What I Do

I consult at the intersection of narrative and systems.

I support organisations to:

• Surface difficult conversations without destabilising the room

• Close the gap between policy and lived culture

• Strengthen leadership capacity during change

• Translate commitments into daily practice

How I Work

My consultancy is guided by four frameworks that function as infrastructure, not add-ons:

Unabashed Narrative Pillars™

Holding difficult conversations without requiring personal disclosure.

Self-Soothing Creative Steps™ (SSCS™)

Supporting capacity and grounded decision-making during change.

Hydrate Affirm Adorn™ (HAA™)

Translating intention into daily rhythm and lived practice.

Cypher™ The Translational Framework

Cypher™ translates the human into the organisational. It reveals where intention, language, and lived experience fall out of alignment, and supports organisations to work with that insight structurally, without extraction or blame.

Together, they ensure that narrative strengthens systems rather than exposing individuals.

Before we talk, take four to five minutes to see where you are.

The gap between what your organisation says it is and what people experience inside it rarely announces itself. It accumulates, in the conversations that keep not quite happening, the talent that quietly pulls back, or the leader who cannot name what feels wrong, only that something does.

This short reflection helps you locate that gap before we name it together.

No disclosure required. No right or wrong answers. Just clarity, before the conversation begins.
