As a Woman’s Trust Ambassador and former service user, I support the charity to raise awareness of specialist mental health services for women affected by domestic abuse, bridging lived experience and professional practice with creative advocacy.

I was a fighter in Cohort 2 as part of my own reclamation, and later returned as a poet and speaker, performing I’m Gonna Help My Sister Rise in the ring as a public act of solidarity and voice.
