What This Session Is

This session is designed to locate that gap. To hold it without blame and to translate what is seen into something the organisation can act on.

Art is the method, not because it is creative, but because it creates space. Space from the pressure to perform, to have an answer, or to be seen as coping. In that space, what is actually happening has room to surface.

Participants are never required to share personal experiences. Engagement can remain entirely at the level of observation, leadership reflection, and system analysis.
