Ikigai Support

Ikigai was born from a one-to-one therapy session at Women’s Trust. From the slowly unfolding discovery that what begins as receiving support can become, without intention, a form of giving it. This limited edition art print holds two hands of different colours meeting in the traditional gesture of support, with the Ikigai Venn diagram reimagined as a flower blooming at their centre, purpose, held in the palm. It is a piece for anyone learning that connection is never a single direction, and that in allowing themselves to be held, they may be holding others in ways they cannot yet see.

ABOUT THIS PRINT

A figurative and symbolic work within the SSCS™ Visual Pillars collection, Ikigai sits at the Support pillar, making visible the interdependence that quietly sustains us and gives purpose room to breathe. Printed as an archival giclée on 300gsm acid-free heavyweight fine art paper, in a limited edition of fifty, signed on the front by the artist, it is an edition that closes permanently once sold.

SSCS CONNECTION

Ikigai is the Support pillar of the SSCS™ (Self-Soothing Creative Steps™) — a methodology that sits at the intersection of art, identity, and organisational culture.

Support is the space where purpose is free to grow.

 What you’ll love:

  • Limited edition of 50, signed on the front and numbered, never reopened
  • Archival giclée print on premium fine art paper with acid-free inks
  • Rolled in a protective tube or sent flat in a rigid board mailer for safe delivery
  • Frame handmade by specialist framers using FSC certified, sustainably sourced wood
  • Delivered ready to hang

IN YOUR SPACE

Ikigai holds its depth with equal presence in personal spaces navigating recalibration, belonging, or the return to a sense of purpose — and in leadership and organisational environments where the conditions for people to truly thrive are understood as both a human and a structural commitment. It earns its place on the wall and deepens over time.

For any questions about Ikigai sizes, framing, or delivery, please reach out. We’re always glad to help.

    Artist Info:

"My art is about courage, freedom and self-love. I use a multi-disciplinary approach to creating, which involves using vibrant colours, shimmering metallics, layered mediums and texturised surfaces.

In addition, my performance artistry of poetry, vocals and public speaking are also an integral part of the creating process.

The art celebrates strength, vulnerability, reclaiming, joy boundlessness and becoming, resulting in timeless dynamic pieces that tell stories, inspire self-discovery, inner-peace and ultimately beautifies spaces."
