Winter’s Child was born from the understanding that stillness is not the absence of strength, it is where strength is restored. This limited edition figurative art print holds a woman in Balasana, Child’s Pose, a return to ground, to breath, to the self that exists beneath everything that has been demanded of it.
ABOUT THIS PRINT
In cool, layered tones that echo the quiet of the winter season, the figure does not retreat; she recalibrates. The work reframes hibernation not as withdrawal but as the necessary preparation for what comes next. Created in mixed media on canvas, the texture of the piece mirrors the complexity of what stillness actually holds; it is never empty. It is full of everything being quietly rebuilt.
FRAMEWORK OR COMPANION CONNECTION
Winter’s Child sits within the Seasons of Resilience collection, a body of work exploring the relationship between nature’s cycles and the cycles of human experience. Winter is its anchor: the season that asks us to trust what cannot yet be seen growing. For organisations navigating cultures of constant output, this piece asks what renewal might look like if it were built into the room.
